Refund Policy

At SinghTutoring, we are committed to providing high-quality tutoring sessions and respecting the time and effort invested in preparing each lesson. By booking a session with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. No Refunds
   All payments are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including missed lessons, scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction with the session.

2. Late Arrivals

   • If you arrive late to a session, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Extra time will not be added to compensate for the delay.

   • If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session will be canceled, and it will be considered a no-show. The full session fee will still be charged.

3. Missed Sessions
   Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in the full fee being charged.

4. Scheduling Responsibility
   It is your responsibility to ensure you arrive on time and prepared for each lesson.

5. Rescheduling Policy
   If you request to reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled lesson, we will accommodate your request at no additional charge.

By scheduling a session with SinghTutoring, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
